Option 1

1. Reservation contract – reservation fee € 3.300,- incl. VAT (this fee will be deducted from the prepayment on signing the future contract)
2. Contract on purchase – 100 % of the purchase price on signing the contract on purchase

Option 2

1. Reservation contract – reservation fee € 3.300,- incl. VAT (this fee will be deducted from the prepayment on signing the future contract)
2. Preliminary contract

20 % of the purchase price on signing the preliminary contract
80 % of the purchase price 60 days after the signing the preliminary contract
